What data we process
Only what you send us when you write to us, through the contact form or by email: your name, your email address, your company or brand (if you give it), what you want to launch and your message, along with the page you write from. The form delivers them by email, through Resend, to the SICREW team, who keep them in their inbox like any other email. The site has no accounts. While you browse, it only measures visits with Google Analytics if you accept it (see the cookie policy). The creator figures we show (followers, posts and views) are public data from their profiles.

What we use it for
To answer your inquiry, prepare the proposal and, if you hire us for the campaign, provide the service and issue the invoice. We do not use it to send you advertising without your consent.

Legal basis
The consent you give us by writing to us or sending the form and, when there is an engagement, the performance of the contract and compliance with our legal obligations, such as tax obligations. Analytics cookies are based on the consent you give in the cookie banner.

How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within a reasonable time.

Who we share it with
We do not pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. If you hire a campaign, we share with the creators taking part only what is needed to run it. Only the SICREW team receives your message. Resend, Inc. delivers it as our processor, solely to provide that service to us. If you accept analytics, Google Ireland Ltd. processes data about your visit as our provider.

Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@wemake.studio. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies
The site keeps your language, your theme and your cookie choice in your browser, and loads Google Analytics only if you accept it. The cookie policy lists every cookie, what it is for, how long it lasts and how to change your choice.
